FDS is continuing to work with Midwest ISO on the electrical interconnection for the Co-Gen Plant. According to the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator (MISO), they have begun the additional Detailed Planning Phase study. For now, this entails coordinating with local utility distribution entities such as Ohio Edison and obtaining detailed information related to existing infrastructure.

FDS outside counsel is also finalizing filings with the Environmental Review Appeals Commission that will be submitted by July 31 to hopefully allow the pending appeal to move forward to a hearing/decision on the appeal. We are still working towards and hoping for an ERAC decision as early as mid-September to allow the FDS Project investors to continue the ongoing construction program.
